Because My Home Tour.ca Inc. is a service that provides material that is downloaded there is no exchange or returns.  Refunds are accepted by cancellations but a penalty fee of half the package price still must be paid.  Cancellations for corporate businesses must be 14 days before time of photography.  Real estate cancellations must be 72 hours before the time of photography.  

Payments of package are accepted in both US and CDN Dollars.  At this time we accept both Visa and Mastercard.  Prices are displayed in CDN dollars.

Real estate agents are provided their edited photos and virtual tours within 2 business days after time of selection of desired photos.  Corporate businesses are provided with edited photos 14 business days after selection of desired photos.  Please see how it works.
